1. Not financial advice

Nothing displayed in, generated by, or derived from Trupari - including but not limited to mid-market rates, deviation calculations, competitor comparisons, AI summaries, dashboard widgets, exports, alerts, and Slack notifications - constitutes:

• Investment advice;
• Trading advice;
• Hedging advice;
• Pricing advice;
• A recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or refrain from transacting in any currency, financial instrument, or product;
• A solicitation or offer to enter into any transaction;
• Tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory advice;
• An audit, attestation, or certification of any kind.

2. Not a regulated financial service

Trupari is not regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), or any other financial regulator. Trupari does not hold, and is not required to hold, an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), an Australian Credit Licence, a money-services-business registration, a payment-institution licence, or any analogous authorisation in any jurisdiction. Use of Trupari does not subject either party to such regulation.

3. Not a payments or money-transfer service

Trupari does not move money, hold customer funds, settle trades, execute orders, or facilitate currency exchange. We are a benchmarking and analytics tool that compares published rates. Any payment, transfer, or trade that you or your customers make is conducted through your own systems and counterparties, not through Trupari.

4. Not an AML / KYC / sanctions tool

Trupari does not perform Anti-Money-Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism-Financing (CTF), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), sanctions screening, politically-exposed-person (PEP) screening, or transaction-monitoring of any kind. You remain solely responsible for compliance with all financial-crime and sanctions obligations applicable to your business.

5. Data is indicative and may be inaccurate

Trupari aggregates data from upstream sources and from your own manual entries. We do not warrant that any number, calculation, summary, badge, or text in the service is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Specifically:

• Mid-market reference rates may be stale by minutes to hours and are subject to upstream revisions.
• Competitor rates may have been mis-published, since changed, or recorded incorrectly.
• AI-generated summaries are produced by a large language model and may contain errors or omissions; they should be treated as a starting point for human review, not as authoritative text.
• Historical benchmarks are calculated from snapshots taken at a single moment in time and may not represent the typical or prevailing rate.

Independently verify any rate or summary before acting on it.

6. Past performance and benchmarks are not predictive

Historical rates, deviations, peer comparisons, and trend indicators shown in Trupari describe the past. They do not predict, guarantee, or imply any specific future result. Currency markets are volatile and can move sharply in either direction at any time.

7. Use at your own risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All pricing, hedging, trading, operational, marketing, compliance, and strategic decisions you make are your own;
• You will not rely solely on Trupari output for any material business decision;
• You will seek your own professional advice from appropriately qualified, licensed advisers in your jurisdiction before acting on FX-related decisions;
• Any loss, damage, missed opportunity, regulatory penalty, or reputational harm you or your customers suffer in connection with use of Trupari is at your sole risk.

8. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability is capped as set out in our Terms of Service, Section 16. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law for failure to comply with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

10. Your acknowledgement

By using Trupari, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclaimer in full. If you do not accept any part of it, you must not use the service.
